Q: How long does it take to process my order?

You can ask us to automatically upload the tracking number to mark the orders fulfilled at first every day. Our team will place purchase order to factory with 24 hours, factory will process the order within 48hours, and takes 24 to 72 hours deliver to our warehouse, when the product packages arrived at our warehouse, we will ship them out at the same day(within 12 hours). The shipping company will come to our warehouse to pick up the packages every day, and the trace will update within 12hourse, and about 4 to 10 working days deliver to customer.
Q: How do we do quality check?

Each product package arrived at our warehouse, our staff will open the package to check all products. For example, for clothing products, we will cut off the threads on the clothes, check for stains and holes, and compare the color difference and material of the clothes. If necessary, we will provide real photos and videos to check the details.

Q1: What do I need to explain to my introducer?

You just need to provide them with a brief introduction to us; there is no requirement for you to manage their orders or requests on a daily basis. all the necessary work is handled by Gotofulfill.

Q2: If the introducer goes without any orders for an extended period, for example, after 1 year, and then decides to scale up and collaborate with Gotofulfill, will the commission still be applicable?

Yes, as long as orders are generated, the commission will be settled to you promptly. this is a lifetime commission, meaning that for every customer you refer to us and who conducts business with us, we will attribute all the orders they fulfill with us to your commission list.

Q3: When will I receive the monthly commission?

We calculate the commission in the middle of the following month. for example, the commission for April will be settled before May 15th. we will provide you with a list of customers, order quantities, and commission data.
